What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Generative AI engineering initiatives.
This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in back-end development with strategic team management, specifically focusing on C#, Java, and Python technologies.
You will drive the architecture, development, and integration of AI capabilities, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, into our existing web application ecosystem while leading a team of talented engineers to deliver transformative AI solutions.
Requirements Technical Expertise : Overall, 11-15 years of experience with 7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software with C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
Leadership Experience : 3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 4+ people.
AI/ML Background : 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, or AI application development
Cloud Proficiency : Advanced experience with AWS services; deep knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
Frontend Knowledge : Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and their integration with AI services
Preferred Qualifications AI Expertise : Extensive experience with LLMs, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, or similar platforms
Framework Experience : Proficiency with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks
Enterprise Architecture : Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed AI systems
Agile Leadership : Proven track record of leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Business Acumen : Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
