<p>Role : PostgreSQL DBA + Oracle DBA (Early joiner) </p><p><br/></p><p>Shift : 2 PM to 11 PM </p><p><br/></p><p>Mode : Hyderabad </p><p><br/></p><p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements :</p><p><br/></p><p>1.
Database Management : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, development, administration and optimization of database systems and infrastructure solutions required for the internal business application-systems employed to conduct operations in satellite broadband data network services.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design database solutions for Oracle, Atlas MongoDB, and PostgreSQL </p><p><br/></p><p>2.
Monitoring and Performance Optimization : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze database usage trends to forecast future capacity needs.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Plan and implement measures to scale the database infrastructure to accommodate growth.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database interactions in applications.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade the Oracle Enterprise Manager system for real-time enterprise-wide central database monitoring across all systems </p><p><br/></p><p>3.
Collaboration and Communication : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide operational support.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate communication between development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment </p><p><br/></p><p>4.
Automation and Scripting : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop automation solutions using Ansible playbooks and Unix shell scripting for database deployments, maintenance & upgrade operations, and for data obfuscation/masking.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and code application scripts for the collection and storage of data statistics, reorganizing and cleaning data tables and indexes, and enhancing data-access and execution performance/user data management.

Database Backup and Recovery : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop disaster recovery solutions using Zerto for databases, Oracle Data-Guard </p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform database backup and recovery using Oracle RMAN and expdp/impdp utilities.
</p><p><br/></p><p>6.
Security and Compliance : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Plan and implement rules and processes for User Management and access.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement and enforce security best practices and policies for application and infrastructure.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PII, PCI) </p><p><br/></p><p>7.
Incident Management and Troubleshooting : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Respond to and resolve operational issues, outages, and incidents.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
</p><p><br/></p><p>8.
Security Management : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with security policies.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Respond to and manage security breaches or threats.
