<br/><br/>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).<br/><br/>- Architect and implement scalable and reliable microservices.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, QA) to define, design, and deliver new features.<br/><br/>- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Integrate with various data stores, APIs, and third-party services.<br/><br/>- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the Go ecosystem and broader backend landscape.<br/><br/>Requirements :<br/><br/>- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>Technical Skills :<br/><br/>- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Go (Golang).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Go's standard library and common Go frameworks/tools.<br/><br/>- Experience with RESTful API design and development.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).<br/><br/>- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Understanding of microservices architecture, concurrency, and distributed systems.<br/><br/>- Experience with version control (Git).<br/><br/>Additional Skills :<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
