<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Python Back-End Developer to join our dynamic Engineering team.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have 9- 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end applications.<br/><br/> This role requires a strong grasp of Python frameworks, cloud technologies, database management, and DevOps practices.<br/><br/> You will play a critical role in developing and optimizing the core functionality of our platforms.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and performant back-end services and APIs using Python and its frameworks.<br/><br/>- Lead the development efforts for complex features, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Architect and implement solutions using Django and Flask, choosing the appropriate framework based on project requirements.<br/><br/>- Manage and optimize relational databases using SQL to ensure data integrity and efficient querying.<br/><br/>- Integrate and deploy applications on Cloud (Azure) platform, leveraging cloud services for scalability and reliability.<br/><br/>- Implement and manage DevOps (GIT) workflows, including version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best development practices.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Expertise in Python : 9+ years of professional development experience in Python.<br/><br/>- Frameworks : Deep expertise in developing web applications and APIs using Python - Django and Python - Flask.<br/><br/>- Cloud Platform : Proven experience with deployment, scaling, and managing services on Cloud (Azure).<br/><br/>- Database Management : Strong knowledge and extensive experience with relational databases and writing complex, optimized queries in SQL.<br/><br/>- DevOps : Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps (GIT) for source control, branching strategies, and collaboration.<br/><br/>- API Development : Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.<br/><br/><b>Other Skills (Preferred Key Skills) :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Experience with NoSQL databases (e., MongoDB, Redis).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
